InCharge Debt Solutions Named One of Central Florida’s Top Workplaces
InCharge Debt Solutions, which is celebrating its 25th year, was given another reason to celebrate when the company was awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Orlando Sentinel Media Group and Energage LLC.
The Top Workplace award is based on employee feedback gathered by Energage, a nationally recognized research firm that produces a scientific survey rating a company’s workplace culture.
More than 1,000 workplaces in Central Florida were invited to have employees take a 24-question survey that measured their company on critical areas of business such as alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance and pay/benefits.
The feedback Energage received from employees is the sole basis for determining the Top Workplaces 2022.
“We’re proud that the efforts we make to provide an excellent work/life balance have resulted in strong employee satisfaction,” Etta Money, CEO of InCharge Debt Solutions, said. “The COVID-19 pandemic forced a lot of changes on the workplace. We try hard to foster a workplace community, through work-from-home and hybrid models. We’re thrilled to see our efforts reflected in strong employee retention and satisfaction.” Nearly 10% of InCharge’s employees have been with the company more than 20 years and 39% have been with the company for more than 10 years.
Energage’s survey is built around 16 years of culture research involving 70,000 organizations and responses from 27 employees. The company delivers the most accurate, competitive benchmarks for helping companies and employees gain recognition.
“Earning a Top Workplace award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” Eric Rubin, Energage CEO, said. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces does this and it pays dividends.”
