Mirian’s passion for people is contagious. She thrives on making life at InCharge better for everyone with a focus on compassion and company culture. Outside of the office, Mirian is kept busy by her incredibly active family, following her son on a travel basketball team and her daughter’s burgeoning gymnastics career.

Treasurer and Director of Finance & Accounting

Seiji enjoys using his finance and accounting skills, along with his strategic mind, to guide InCharge to achieving the dream of helping more people. Seiji has a great passion for music, and is active in the Orlando arts philanthropic community.

Karen has dedicated her career to creating life-changing education, from television to websites. Karen believes that anyone can play the game of money and win and loves teaching the rules. Karen counts reading about history and gardening among her passions.

Sasan Nassab

Director of Quality & Compliance

Directory of Operations, Quality and Compliance Curiosity is Sasan’s driving force. With an engineer’s education and mind, he likes to figure out how things work and then how things can work better. Outside of work, Sasan loves to play soccer and spoil his daughter.
